Overall property and location with some nice and delicious food. Amazing big pool with a slide. Lived the stay overall and would definitely go back again.
The breakfast. Maybe have more options available for breakfast and not just cereal, pastries and fruits.

Most of the staff are welcoming and nice, except that lady. Airport is near.
It’s so near the airport
We booked a newly renovated room, However the toilet looks like it isn’t done. But it’s quiet big which is nice. Also it says in the booking “Free toiletries”. Been looking for the toothbrush, toothpaste, a scrub, haircomb etc. But we only have mini soap and toilet paper. I asked about it from reception they said they don’t provide. Only hotel that I booked, which doesn’t have any of those. Especially the toothbrush and toothpaste. Fridge was so dirty and I couldn’t put my food inside. Also, the WIFI. We have to pay in our room, you can use it for free if you are outside. Which is not good, coz we want to relax and stay in our room. My partner and I ordered dinner. That was February 14, I ordered a BEEF BURGER (I asked for pineapple instead of the fried egg). The guy agreed, so it was a lady who served our food. I asked if there’s a pineapple in my burger coz I requested it. She looks at me with sarcasm and looking disgusted while saying “Pineapple? It’s a beef burger”. I said “Yes! I asked for the fried egg to be replaced”. Like seriously? Their BULA BURGER has “PINEAPPLE” in it and the ingredients are almost the same as my BEEF BURGER order. Idk if she even knew the food they are serving. I even caught that lady making face on the other guests. She’s the only one like that. She’s so rude and I don’t like it since we talked to her nicely.

Little or no wifi to our room. Seems you need to pay for this on top of booking... for the quality of the hotel wifi should be reliable and good quality. Food for thought.
